We are a growing home health care agency dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to our clients and families. We have been located in Fort Lee for the past 17 years and operate in New Jersey and New York City. We are looking for an Operations Manager who is people focused and able to multitask to keep our daily operations running smoothly. You will also support both our clinical team.
What You’ll Do
Manage daily office operations and administrative workflows
Oversee scheduling, staffing coordination, and caregiver support
Serve as a primary point of contact for referral partners
Support payroll and invoicing assistance, and basic bookkeeping tasks
Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
Ensure the office environment is efficient, organized, and welcoming
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar administrative role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable with general office software and ability to learn industry specific software
Able to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
