    MULTI PROPERTY OPERATIONS MANAGER

We are a growing, multi‑property hospitality group seeking a hands‑on Operations Manager – Hotel & Resort to support day‑to‑day operations at both Interurban Suites Hotel (Tukwila, WA) and Soap Lake Natural Spa & Resort (Soap Lake, WA), each a Dazzler Select by Wyndham property. This role will report to and coordinate with the COO and ownership and on‑site leaders to ensure smooth, efficient operations across front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest experience at our 85‑room extended‑stay hotel in Tukwila, as well as our boutique wellness resort with lodging, cafe, spa, and events in Soap Lake. The ideal candidate is an adaptable, floor‑present leader who is comfortable spending time at both locations, building strong teams, and upholding Wyndham standards while creating welcoming, restorative stays for long‑term guests, business travelers, and wellness‑focused visitors alike.

    Key Responsibilities

Lead daily operations across both properties, providing floor‑level support in front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest experience.

Coordinate closely with the COO, ownership, and on‑site leaders to align staffing, standards, and priorities across Interurban Suites Hotel and Soap Lake Natural Spa & Resort.

Supervise, schedule, and work alongside team members to maintain exceptional service for extended‑stay, business, leisure, and wellness guests.

Travel regularly between Tukwila and Soap Lake to support teams, conduct walk‑throughs, and ensure consistency in operations and brand standards.

Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) as needed, being highly visible on the floor and readily accessible to staff and guests.

Personally monitor housekeeping and maintenance standards to ensure rooms, public areas, spa spaces, and amenities meet cleanliness, safety, and functionality expectations.

Help manage labor and operating expenses, and monitor budget performance in coordination with the COO and property leadership.

Handle guest concerns and service recovery with professionalism, empathy, and timely follow‑through.

Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a collaborative, hands‑on culture that reflects Wyndham and property values.

Ensure compliance with Wyndham brand standards, company policies, and applicable safety and regulatory requirements at both locations.

    Preferred Qualifications

Wyndham hotel experience strongly preferred, with familiarity in brand standards, systems, and QA processes.

Extended‑stay hotel experience highly valued, including understanding of long‑term guest needs and operational nuances.

Wellness hospitality and/or spa‑resort experience preferred (wellness hotels, spa operations, or retreat‑style properties).

5–7 years of progressive hotel or resort operations experience, with at least 3 years in a hands‑on supervisory or management role.

Demonstrated record of being a present, floor‑focused leader rather than primarily office‑based.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport across diverse teams and locations.

Proven problem‑solving skills and a willingness to step into operational gaps and “do what’s needed” in real time.

Proficiency with hotel property management systems; experience with extended‑stay and/or multi‑property operations is a plus.

Ability and willingness to travel regularly between Tukwila and Soap Lake, including periodic overnight stays in Soap Lake as needed.

Guest‑first mindset, with a passion for hospitality, service excellence, and creating restorative experiences for guests and a supportive environment for staff.

    What We Offer

Competitive pay range of 25–35 per hour, depending on experience, with a true 40‑hour work week.

Opportunity to lead operations at both an extended‑stay Wyndham hotel in Tukwila and a boutique wellness resort with spa and cafe in Soap Lake.

Collaborative, hands‑on work environment with direct access to ownership and the COO and clear decision‑making authority on the floor.

Career growth potential within a multi‑property hospitality group, including future leadership opportunities as we continue to expand.

Periodic travel between properties, with the possibility of short‑term on‑site housing at Soap Lake during training or multi‑day visits, subject to availability.

Employee discounts on lodging and spa services, plus participation in property‑specific wellness and staff appreciation initiatives where available.

To apply, please submit your resume and a cover letter detailing your relevant Wyndham, extended-stay, and wellness hospitality experience.
