    With over 50 years of experience in managing recreational and entertainment facilities, United Skates of America is excited to expand our team in Jackson, NJ. Located at 2270 W. County Line Road , our state-of-the-art roller-skating facility features roller and in-line skating, a large arcade, a novelty redemption shop, a pizza café, and the best birthday parties in town! We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Operations Manager to join our team.

    Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and dependable Operations Manager to assist in overseeing the daily operations of our Jackson facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency and profitability, managing P&L, developing marketing strategies, and maintaining high standards of customer service and operational excellence.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure the facility operates smoothly and profitably.

    Manage P&L responsibilities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

    Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and engagement.

    Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team of managers and staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

    Maintain high operational standards and exceptional customer service.

    Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and company policies.

    Qualifications:

    Proven experience in P&L management and budgeting.

    Strong operational skills with experience in staff management and development.

    Expertise in sales and marketing, particularly in high-volume retail, restaurant, or entertainment sectors.

    Ability to create and implement successful sales and marketing plans.

    Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.

    Experience in entertainment, hospitality, restaurant, or retail operations preferred.

    Flexibility to work varying shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

    Availability to work some holidays.

    Experience in high-volume environments (e.g., fast food) is a plus.

    Schedule:

    Full-Time, hourly, position

    Day, Evening, and Night shifts with weekend availability required

    Reports To: General Manager and Regional Manager
