House of Hope, a non-profit organization providing residential treatment to individuals suffering from substance abuse, is seeking a Residential Floor Supervisor to join our team. As the Residential Floor Supervisor, your role would include leading a team of operations personnel including Behavioral Health Technicians and other direct service staff.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· The Residential Floor Supervisor will help to ensure policies and procedures are followed by the operations and direct care staff as well as providing necessary training and assistance.

· The Residential Floor Supervisor will assist in developing work schedules, conducting staff meetings, providing floor management to operations and direct care staff, ensure sight and sound supervision of residents is provided, schedule and coordinate residents on-site and off-site activities, events, rewards and attend community-based meetings when necessary.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

· High School Diploma or GED required.

· Residential experience required.

· Supervisory experience preferred.

· Mental health / Substance abuse experience preferred.

· Able to work with a diverse range of clients and staff.

· Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills.

· Computer Literate.
