Job Description:

A PIRTEK Operations Manager oversees, supports, and trains Technicians when and where they are needed, ensuring customers get the high level of service delivered by PIRTEK.

As the hydraulic shop manager- you will be responsible for the overall operations of the shop and shop team members. This is a hands on position- you will be doing some technical work yourself- as well as managing others. You will be involved in the ongoing process improvement and business development of our shop activities.

A PIRTEK Service & Supply Center is a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This gives the opportunity to work closely and communicate with other team members. Playing a pivotal role in customer service and problem-solving, the Operations Manager ensures customers receive the highest quality of service to get their equipment back up and running.

Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate and support hydraulic Technicians

Oversee materials and inventory management

Ensure customers receive the highest quality of service

Qualifications:

Experience in a Supervisory Role

High School Diploma or GED

Strong Computer Skills

Mechanically Inclined- MUST HAVE HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS AND MECHANICAL EXPERIENCE

Good Communication Skills
