    Position Overview

    The Operations Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the daily operational functions of Intuitive AV. This role provides structure, accountability, and coordination across field technicians, scheduling, service operations, warehouse activities, and internal communication.

    Reporting directly to the Owner, the Operations Manager works closely with Project Management, Engineering, and Office Administration to ensure consistent execution of company processes, efficient resource utilization, and a high-quality client experience.

    Key Responsibilities

    Leadership & Accountability

    Provide direct supervision and leadership for Install and Service Technicians, Warehouse staff, and daily technician workflow

    Serve as the primary point of contact for technician attendance, call-outs, and first-level HR concerns

    Maintain accountability through daily check-ins, documentation review, and task follow-up

    Co-host and participate in daily technician coordination meetings

    Maintain technician performance tracking and operational reporting

    Scheduling & Workflow Management

    Oversee daily and weekly scheduling of technicians and service calls

    Coordinate scheduling confirmations in collaboration with the Office Manager

    Publish daily tasks and verify technician notes, hours, photos, and job documentation

    Maintain accurate records within D-Tools or related systems

    Collaborate with the Large Project Manager on staffing, timelines, and workflow alignment

    Project & Service Support

    Provide operational support for large projects in coordination with Project Management

    Act as off-site Project Manager for small and mid-size projects as assigned

    Support quality control processes, punch lists, and client walkthroughs when required

    Triage and assign incoming service requests and oversee follow-through

    Engineering Coordination

    Maintain consistent communication with the Engineering team to align scheduling, dependencies, and technical requirements

    Provide operational feedback that supports design, programming, and workflow improvements

    Warehouse, Inventory & Purchasing Oversight

    Oversee warehouse operations including receiving, staging, organization, and inventory tracking

    Manage approved purchasing, vendor coordination, and RMA tracking

    Ensure proper use of inventory management tools and procedures

    Office & Internal Communication

    Support interdepartmental communication between field teams, office staff, and clients

    Assist with schedule coordination and documentation required for accurate billing and reporting

    Qualifications & Experience

    3–5 years of related experience in operations management, AV integration, low-voltage systems, construction operations, or a closely related field

    Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing operational workflows

    Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills

    Ability to problem-solve efficiently and professionally in a fast-paced environment

    Working knowledge of AV installation processes and jobsite workflows

    Proficiency with D-Tools or similar project and task management platforms

    Valid Georgia driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record
