Operations Manager
The Operations Manager will make a strategic impact in a growing, customer-centric landscape maintenance and construction company. Key Responsibilities
Operations Leadership:
Manage all operations to meet or exceed established goals, and ensure service delivery meets standards for quality, budget, and timeliness for maintenance and construction divisions.
Implement best practices, strategies, processes, safety, efficiency, effective use of technology, performance metrics, and continuous optimization of operations while ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
Develop and manage your teams to achieve efficiency, high quality, profits, and customer service.
Demonstrate proficient knowledge and applied practical expertise for landscape maintenance and construction.
Strategic and Financial Oversight:
Manage financial aspects including budgets, P&L, pricing, cost controls, technology, contracts, revenue, equipment, materials, forecasting, labor, and other assets and expenses.
Implement best practices for managing the financial aspects, reporting, tracking performance, and implementing corrective actions to increase revenue and profitability.
Maximize effective use of all assets and technology..
Client Experience & Sales Support:
Conduct site visits and lead client-facing efforts to ensure customer satisfaction.
Support sales and ensure estimates align with operational capabilities.
Demonstrate a high concern for client relationships, retention, pricing, contract renewals, new business development, and opportunities for long-term growth.
Team Development & Compliance:
Develop high-performing, results-oriented teams focused on best practices and profitability
Share your passion for performance, customer service, revenue, and profitability by developing each person to maximize their contribution and contribute to continuous improvement.
Manage safety policies and programs to ensure a consistent safe work environment.
Qualifications
A minimum of five (5) years of successful experience as an Operations Manager with proven results and best practices in landscape maintenance and construction operations, customer retention, business acumen for sales/estimating, financial aspects, and leadership. Bilingual Spanish/English, familiarity with EOS and Odoo, and a four-year degree in Landscape or a related field are preferred.
