The Market Center Operations Manager (MCOM) is the operational and financial leader of the Market Center. This role is responsible for overseeing the administrative, accounting, and office systems that keep the business running efficiently, compliantly, and profitably. The MCOM partners closely with the Team Leader and leadership team to support agent success, protect the Market Center’s culture, and drive operational excellence. At Keller Williams, this role is more than office management. The MCOM serves as the Market Center’s financial and operational backbone, ensuring that systems, reporting, support, and accountability are executed at a high level. Responsibilities: Financial Management • Oversee the financial operations of the Market Center with accuracy, consistency, and integrity. • Manage full-charge accounting, bookkeeping, banking, and financial records. • Process payroll and commissions as applicable. • Serve as liaison with CPA, payroll providers, and other financial partners. • Maintain accounting files, associate files, employee files, and transaction-related records. • Ensure timely and accurate monthly reporting in accordance with Keller Williams systems and standards. • Monitor financial performance and help leadership identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency. Operations & Administration • Build, manage, and improve office systems that support a high-performing Market Center. • Oversee day-to-day office operations, vendor relationships, supplies, equipment, and facility presentation. • Ensure the office environment is professional, organized, and fully functional. • Supervise front office and administrative support staff, including reception and assistant administrative roles as needed. • Coordinate communications, office logistics, technology access, and general administrative workflows. • Help maintain smooth internal operations so agents and leadership can stay focused on productivity and growth. Leadership Support • Partner with the Team Leader and leadership team to keep the Market Center on track and productive. • Support onboarding, orientation, and training for new agents and staff. • Provide operational insight, feedback, and recommendations to leadership regarding productivity, systems, and office performance. • Assist in gathering reports, materials, and internal communications needed to support the business. • Help leadership maintain strong standards, accountability, and execution across the office. Culture & Agent Support • Model and promote Keller Williams culture, mission, and beliefs in everyday interactions. • Build strong working relationships with agents, staff, vendors, and leadership. • Deliver a high level of service and responsiveness to associates and internal stakeholders. • Support a culture of professionalism, teamwork, trust, and clear communication. • Contribute to an office environment where agents feel supported, informed, and equipped to succeed. Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in operations, office management, accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative leadership. • Strong financial acumen and experience with accounting systems, reporting, and reconciliations. • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment. • Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills. • High level of professionalism, discretion, and follow-through. • Experience in real estate, brokerage operations, or franchise systems preferred. • Ability to learn and follow Keller Williams systems, technology, and reporting standards. Compensation: $50,000 yearly
