Responsibilities: • Keep office systems running smoothly including ordering office supplies, organizing filing systems, maintaining office equipment, optimizing the organizational budget, and scheduling meetings • Make sure office policies are adhered to and reflect our company’s high standards • Carry out other human resources tasks and office administration duties when necessary • Maintain front-facing relationships with customers, contractors, service providers, and vendors • Oversee our day-to-day operations, manage administrative assistants, and perform secretarial duties Qualifications: • Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent • Basic computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office • Must possess exemplary problem-solving, communication, and time management skills • 2+ years of management experience strongly preferred • 2 years of management experience or similar work experience required • Experience with accounting and bookkeeping tasks such as processing invoices, tracking expenses, and maintaining financial records • Displays strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills • General computer skills with Microsoft Office or similar systems • High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000
