    We are a growing, family-owned financial services company looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and client service support. This role is central to our business and ideal for someone who thrives in a detail-oriented environment, values long-term client relationships, and enjoys wearing multiple hats.

    Key Responsibilities

    Process and manage payroll

    Assist with opening and maintaining investment accounts for new and existing clients

    Handle client billing and invoicing

    Perform light bookkeeping and financial record-keeping

    Coordinate meetings, schedules, and client communications

    Work closely with our in-house CPA to support tax filings and client documentation

    Manage and maintain our CRM system and client portfolio management platforms

    Oversee client relationship services, ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and follow-through

    Support overall operational efficiency and internal workflows

    Qualifications

    Prior operations experience required, preferably in financial services, wealth management, accounting, or a related professional services field

    Strong understanding of financial processes, client accounts, and confidentiality

    Comfortable working with CRMs, portfolio management systems, and financial software

    Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable

    Ability to prioritize multiple projects and adjust workload accordingly; time management is critical

    Professional communication skills with a client-first mindset

    Ability to work independently while collaborating with advisors and CPA staff

    Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality around client data
