Amcare Pro Home Health is a growing home healthcare agency committed to delivering high-quality patient care while maintaining operational excellence. We are seeking a strong, experienced Operations Business Manager to lead and optimize our day-to-day operations.
Position Overview
The Operations Business Manager will oversee the full scope of agency operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and team performance. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple departments within a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee overall operations of the home healthcare agency
Provide direct supervision of:
Intake
Scheduling
Billing
Orders Management
Authorization teams
Lead, mentor, and support operations staff
Conduct and manage weekly cross-functional team meetings
Collaborate with HR and clinical (nursing) teams
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
Establish KPIs and monitor team productivity and performance
Generate and present weekly/monthly reports to leadership
Oversee staff productivity in coordination with scheduling/staffing teams
Maintain vendor and contractor relationships
Identify workflow gaps and implement process improvements
Support strategic planning and execution with senior leadership
Manage QuickBooks data entry for vendor invoices
Coordinate payroll processes
Reconcile company credit card expenses monthly
Oversee office and field supply management
Conduct performance evaluations and staff training programs
Manage user access across various software systems
Qualifications
RN/LVN (Preferred)
Previous experience in healthcare operations (home health preferred)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Experience with billing, scheduling, and intake processes
Knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulations
Proficiency in QuickBooks and general business software
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
