    Legacy Preferred Lending is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our growing private lending firm. The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring loan files close cleanly, borrowers receive consistent and professional support, and investors receive timely, accurate communication. This role offers significant ownership of outcomes, direct visibility with the firm’s leadership, and a clear path for professional growth as the company scales. Responsibilities: • Manage loan files and oversee processing through closing within Mortgage Automator. • Provide underwriting support, including running comparable sales analyses, stress-testing borrower exit strategies, and preparing term sheets. • Lead borrower relationships across the loan lifecycle, including onboarding, document collection, draw administration, and payoff coordination. • Manage investor relations, including the preparation of monthly statements, quarterly updates, and ongoing capital deployment tracking. • Drive networking and lead generation efforts through local industry events, outreach activities, and pipeline development with first-time and repeat investors. • Oversee the company’s social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. • Perform light bookkeeping and operational tracking to support financial accuracy and reporting. Qualifications: • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in hard money lending, private lending, or real estate operations. • Working knowledge of key lending and investment metrics, including ARV, LTV, LTC, construction draws, and exit strategies. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple loan files concurrently with a high degree of organizational rigor and attention to detail. • Strong verbal communication skills, including confidence with phone-based outreach and in-person networking. Compensation: $50,000 - $100,000 yearly
