    We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and streamline our daily business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving organizational efficiency, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects and tasks are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a critical leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is solution-oriented, and has a proven ability to manage complex operational workflows. Responsibilities: • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient business functions. • Develop and implement streamlined processes, policies, and workflows. • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable insights and drive improvements. • Lead, supervise, and support operations staff across teams and locations. • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and partners to ensure compliance with contract terms. • Track budgets, control costs, and assist with financial forecasting. • Ensure compliance with internal policies, safety regulations, and external requirements. • Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies. • Review, interpret, and manage contracts (e.g., BPAs) to ensure deliverables and terms are met. • Conduct regular audits to ensure job quality and adherence to company standards and client expectations. • Evaluate workflows to identify areas for increased efficiency and effectiveness. • Collaborate with department managers to address performance issues and implement corrective actions. • Maintain accurate audit records and reports for management review. • Prepare and present performance reports highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities. • Recommend and implement process improvements based on data and operational audits. • Support the development and refinement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality. Qualifications: Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred). • 5+ years of experience in operations. • Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams. • Strong knowledge of business processes and operational systems. • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. • Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Detail-oriented with strong numerical and mathematical skills. • Strong decision-making abilities with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. • Bilingual – English level C1 or higher (spoken and written). • Proven experience working remotely and managing virtual teams. Preferred Qualifications • Experience working with government contracts and disaster response programs. • Lean, Six Sigma, or PMP certification is a plus.
