Role Overview The Operations Manager is pivotal to the success of our real estate business, overseeing systems and processes that enhance efficiency, save time, and reduce costs. A master of operations, this role supports the brokerage and transaction teams, ensuring smooth workflows so agents can focus on generating deals and building client relationships. Ideal for someone who excels at managing multiple transactions and operational challenges, this role is focused on streamlining processes that drive company growth and ensure effective deal closures. Compensation: • Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 • Paid Time Off • Bonus Opportunities • Health Stipend Available Responsibilities: Operational Excellence • Develop, implement, and manage systems for transaction coordination, financial management, marketing, information management, and internal communication to enhance efficiency. Real Estate Transactions • Oversee transaction coordination, including due diligence, lease tracking, contract management, and closing processes to ensure smooth real estate deals. Client & Stakeholder Communication • Facilitate effective communication between agents, clients, investors, and partners to streamline the deal lifecycle. Financial Oversight • Manage budgets, accounts payable, commission tracking, and financial reporting to maintain the financial health of the business. Team Support & Development • Support administrative and transaction teams by streamlining processes, ensuring efficient operations, and promoting professional growth. Marketing & Business Development • Assist in overseeing marketing initiatives, ensuring ROI tracking for lead generation and business development efforts. Systems & Process Management • Maintain and document operational processes, create systems manuals, and provide training to ensure team members are well-versed in internal systems. Qualifications: Key Skills & Competencies:Exceptional Organizational & Project Management: Proactive team player with the ability to handle multiple transactions simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met efficiently through strong initiative. • Strong Financial Management : Skilled in managing budgets, tracking transactions, and offering problem-solving solutions with a strategic mindset. • Excellent Written & Verbal Communication: Proficient in professional communication across multiple platforms, including social media, to engage with clients, partners, and investors. • Commercial Real Estate Expertise : Knowledgeable in industry practices such as leasing, property management, construction, and tenant representation. • Problem Solving & Strategic Thinking: Innovative thinker who seeks continuous improvement in operations and efficiency, using initiative to contribute proactively. Experience & Requirements: • Bachelor's degree preferred. Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 yearly
