    We’re seeking a proactive, organized Operations Manager to help bring this vision to life every day.

    What You’ll Do

    The Operations Manager directly leads a team of individual contributors and is fully accountable for their performance and output. You’ll translate strategy into execution, coach team members to meet high standards, and ensure all deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals. You will also partner with functional leaders across departments to keep operations humming.

    Responsibilities:

    Manage a team of 2–6 Operations Associates/Specialists.

    Provide day-to-day supervision, 1:1 coaching, and clear performance expectations.

    Scope projects in collaboration with cross-functional leads (Marketing, Sales, CS, etc.).

    Ensure standard operating procedures are followed and updated regularly.

    Analyze team output and lead weekly reporting and accountability reviews.

    Conduct quarterly performance reviews and development conversations.

    Results:

    Department KPIs and SLAs are consistently met.

    Operations team members are clear, productive, and developing in their roles.

    All scoped work is delivered on time, with minimal rework.

    Risks, blockers, and gaps are escalated early and handled effectively.

    Requirements:

    5–7 years of experience in Operations or Program Management, with 1–2 years of direct people management.

    Proven ability to lead and coach a team toward performance outcomes.

    Experience partnering cross-functionally to manage workflows or support business functions.

    Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.

    Proficiency in operations tools: CRMs, dashboards, PM platforms (Go High Level, Trello, etc.).
