In this role, you’ll be responsible for streamlining company operations, developing systems that improve communication and productivity, and leading initiatives that strengthen team culture. From onboarding new agents to coordinating events and managing vendor relationships, you’ll be at the center of creating an organized, collaborative, and high-performing environment. The ideal candidate has proven experience in operations management (preferably within real estate), strong leadership and organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. Responsibilities: • Overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency across the company • Developing and implementing systems and processes that improve productivity and communication • Leading the onboarding process for new hires to set them up for success • Planning and executing company events, team-building activities, and cultural initiatives • Managing relationships with external vendors and partners • Monitoring performance of operations and recommending improvements • Assisting leadership with strategic planning and company goals Qualifications: • Proven experience in operations management (real estate or related industry preferred) • Strong leadership and project management skills • Excellent communication skills, both internal and external • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail • Proficiency with office management software and tools • Experience with onboarding, team building, and process improvement Compensation: $65,000
