Position Overview
We’re hiring an Operations Manager to oversee purchasing, inventory control, and field technician management. You’ll lead multiple departments, drive process improvements, and ensure cross-team execution is efficient and consistent. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in operations leadership, strong systems/software experience, and preferably a background in construction, field service, or a related industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage purchasing, inventory, and technician operations
- Collaborate with department heads to hit daily and strategic targets
- Oversee purchasing processes, vendor relationships, and procurement
- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels across teams and locations
- Partner with technician managers to improve scheduling, training, and execution
- Use software tools to track performance, identify gaps, and drive improvements
- Build and refine SOPs to ensure repeatable, scalable operational results
- Analyze KPIs and develop action plans to boost efficiency and reduce cost
- Support strategic planning and company-wide initiatives with the leadership team
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in operations, preferably in construction or service industries
- Proven leadership across purchasing, logistics, or technician-heavy departments
- Hands-on experience with operational software and process optimization
- Strong communication, delegation, and decision-making skills
- Detail-oriented with a big-picture mindset
Must-Haves
- 5+ years in multi-department operations leadership
- Strong systems/software proficiency (inventory, scheduling, etc.)
- Field service, construction, or project-based ops experience
- Strong team leadership and cross-department communication
