About the Role

We are seeking a driven, energetic, and highly organized Store Manager to run the show at a busy, high-volume takeout and delivery operation in Brooklyn. This role requires someone who can take full ownership of day-to-day operations, lead a team, and ensure smooth and efficient business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee front-end operations, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth order flow

• Manage back-end operations, including inventory control, vendor coordination, and scheduling

• Supervise and motivate staff to maintain high performance, efficiency, and teamwork

• Ensure operational excellence and maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment

• Oversee a large delivery operation to ensure speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction

• Monitor costs, manage budgets, and track KPIs to improve overall profitability

• Resolve operational issues quickly and effectively to keep the business running seamlessly

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Excellent people management skills to motivate and lead a diverse team
