As our Operations Manager, you’ll take the reins on everything from tenant leasing and vendor coordination to STR turnovers and renovation timelines. Responsibilities: • Oversee daily operations across a growing portfolio of short- and long-term rental properties • Manage vendor scheduling, maintenance coordination, and property turnover timelines • Handle all tenant communications, lease execution, renewals, and move-in/move-out logistics • Coordinate short-term rental cleanings, inventory restocking, and guest readiness • Assist with renovation projects by tracking progress, managing deliveries, and overseeing punch lists • Support the owner with field oversight, system organization, and process improvement • Take ownership of property performance and help build a scalable, high-efficiency operation Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in property management, operations, or project coordination • Strong understanding of leasing, tenant communication, and property turnover processes • Experience with short-term rental operations (Airbnb, Vrbo, etc.) is highly preferred • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently • Comfortable coordinating vendors, field staff, and renovation timelines • Tech-savvy and experienced with platforms like Buildium, Google Workspace, MLS, or Airbnb • Bonus: Active Florida real estate license Compensation: $61,500 + Benefits
