    Join our dynamic and expanding personal injury law firm as our Office Manager/Chief of Operations! We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee all operational aspects of our practice and drive our continued growth.

    About the Role: This is a senior management position responsible for the comprehensive oversight of our firm's operations, personnel, and financial management. You will serve as the operational backbone of our organization, ensuring efficient daily operations while contributing to strategic growth initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities

    · Financial Management: Process firm deposits and manage vendor invoices; Oversee client trust account management and reconciliation; Monitor cash flow, budget variances, and cost recovery; Ensure fee agreement compliance and settlement disbursement processing.

    · Personnel Leadership: Supervise and manage paralegal staff and support personnel; Monitor staff productivity and caseload distribution; Coordinate coverage for absences and manage hiring/recruitment efforts; Address performance concerns and implement training and performance initiatives.

    · Operational Excellence: Maintain office supplies, equipment, and technology systems; Oversee case management software and document management systems; Ensure office security, cleanliness, and professional appearance; Conduct regular audits of digital files and case documentation.

    · Strategic Oversight: Monitor case intake processes and transitions; Implement process improvements and cost-saving measures; Manage client satisfaction metrics and communication standards; Coordinate firm meetings and calendar management.

    Preferred Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in office management

    3+ years of management experience including managing and/or supervising direct reports

    Experience in law firm is preferred, but not required

    Strong financial management and budgeting skills

    Excellent leadership and communication abilities

    Proven track record of process improvement and operational efficiency

    Experience with staff development and training programs
