About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day business functions and ensure efficient operational performance across departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process improvement, team leadership, and logistics, with the ability to support both strategic planning and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and streamline daily operations across multiple departments.

Supervise and mentor staff, ensuring productivity and alignment with company goals.

Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency.

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting related to operations.

Coordinate with HR, Finance, and other internal teams to support organizational needs.

Monitor supply chain, inventory, and vendor relationships.

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement scalable solutions.

Prepare reports and updates for executive leadership.

Lead and support special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in operations management or similar leadership role.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and operations/project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or ERP systems).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in managing budgets and cross-functional teams.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
