We’re looking for a sharp, experienced operator to help run the day-to-day operations of three established businesses in Wichita. This is a mid to high-level role — you’ll be working closely with the founder, taking the reins on operations, hiring, and helping ensure everything runs like a well-oiled machine. Responsibilities: What You’ll Do: • Oversee day-to-day operations across 3 businesses • Identify bottlenecks and implement streamlined systems • Take ownership of hiring and team development • Work directly with vendors, contractors, and partners • Manage projects and ensure deadlines are met • Support and advise the founder on business growth strategies • Create calm, clarity, and consistency across all teams Qualifications: What We’re Looking For: • Proven track record of running or helping scale a company (no degree needed — results matter) • Strong leadership and communication skills • Resourceful, proactive, and solution-oriented • Skilled in hiring, managing, and developing people • Comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities across different industries • Organized and systems-minded Bonus Points If You Have: • Experience in real estate, media, or service-based businesses • Familiarity with automation or process optimization • A “get it done” mindset and love to make things more efficient Compensation: $80,000 with potential bonuses
