Position Overview
The Office Manager position is responsible for administrative activities as well as managing the construction crew, scheduling jobs and tenant interaction.
General Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
· Office
o Managing payroll
o Monitor Overtime
o Updating job financials
o Manage and scheduling work orders
· Property Management
o Rent Collection – current and past
o Bank Deposits
o Keeping Appfolio - property management software system current with tenant information and payments
o Managing the Eviction process
o Job Tracking/Invoicing
o Communicate with Property Owners
o Schedule jobs with vendors
· Construction
o Maintain the schedule for the construction/Maintenance department
o Interact with customers for scheduling purposes
o Updating our systems with receipts and time tracking
Preferred Qualifications
· 3 years of office experience
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
· Ability to work in a high stress environment
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
