    Job Summary

    Rescue Maids LLC — Michigan’s top-rated, veteran-owned cleaning company — is seeking a driven, detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, systems, and staff performance. You’ll play a critical role in managing our teams of maids, scheduling efficiency, client satisfaction, and overall company profitability.

    The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience in the cleaning or service industry who can balance field operations, financial insight, and staff management with professionalism and integrity.

    Responsibilities

    Oversee daily cleaning operations across multiple teams and territories (Oakland & Macomb Counties)

    Manage scheduling and routes through Jobber and other software tools to maximize efficiency and reduce downtime

    Monitor team performance metrics (complaints, call-ins, attendance, and bonus ratings) and provide coaching as needed

    Collaborate with the owner on weekly goals, budget planning, and expense management (ADP payroll, supplies, hiring, marketing budgets)

    Ensure client satisfaction and timely resolution of service issues or refunds

    Oversee supply and equipment inventory, ensuring proper distribution and return of company property

    Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new employees alongside the Training Manager

    Implement standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and maintain high quality standards

    Track KPIs such as revenue per hour, client retention rate, and labor cost ratios to evaluate performance

    Enforce company policies and maintain compliance with state and federal employment laws

    Qualifications

    2 + years of experience in operations management, preferably in a cleaning or service-based industry

    Proven ability to manage teams of field employees and handle personnel issues effectively

    Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset

    Familiarity with Jobber, ADP, and Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, Drive)

    Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)

    Reliable, decisive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision

    Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field preferred but not required
