Ultimately, you will help run the day-to-day operations for this property
Responsibilities
Manage a higher set of standards that can help the property be successful
Manage and maintain all company policies and procedures
Manage Property Inventory, Ordering, Receiving, and Stock Supply
Manage Housekeeping Staff, Scheduling, and Projects
Manage Maintenance Task, Scheduling, and Projects
Room Inspections and Quality Control
Requirements
Must have the ability to communicate effectively with guests, co-workers and other managers
Solid references
Flexible schedule
Experience helpful but not necessary in hotel operations and management
10+ years’ experience in customer service or hospitality
