    Overview:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to lead our production operations. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in manufacturing processes and team leadership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of manufacturing, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety in our production environment. The Director of Manufacturing will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

    MUST HAVE CABINET BUILDING EXPERIENCE.

    MUST BE ABLE TO PROBLEM SOLVE ON THE SHOP FLOOR AND IN THE FIELD

    MUST BE ABLE TO TRAIN OTHERS

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to overseeing a high-end Manufacturing Facility of a Growing High End Custom Furniture Manufacturing Facility to bring our manufacturing to another level of production and quality.

    We Design, Manufacture and Install all and any type of product for such as: Kitchens, Vanities, Wall Units, Offices, Bars, Bedrooms, Entries, etc. We work in Prestigious homes in most areas of Southern Florida such as Jupiter, Stuart, Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Wellington, Boynton Beach, Delray Beach, Boca Raton, Parkland, Miami, Bal-Harbor, Highland Beach,

    We have our own inside team of Designers and work with Outside Designers and directly with Residential Customers, General Contractors and various types of Commercial work.

    Responsibilities:

    · Develop and implement manufacturing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

    · Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high-quality standards.

    Manage Dedicated Cabinet Builders and Installation Teams

    Plan Manufacturing of custom furniture jobs

    Problem solver

    Running Day to Day Operation

    Run and Coordinate morning meetings to review the previous day’s work and assignments for the current day assuring personnel have all the details required to perform the required duties.

    Scheduling the following of all areas through completion:

    Engineering to create manufacturing operation sheets and programming for the CNC Router

    CNC Router provide precise finished machined products to prepare jobs labelled for the builders.

    Edge Banding Schedule

    Builders Schedule to meet Ontime Deliveries

    Outside Processing Schedule: Finisher (Painting and Staining)

    Installers Schedule for trucks for installing High End Custom Cabinetry

    Assured all jobs are prepared with all required materials and instructions for successful install for completion

    Various Repairs and Service calls per Customer’s request

    Inspection of all Units prior to delivery to assure High Quality.

    Control Quality through all Manufacturing Processes by In-Process Inspections

    Solving issues with Product Designs to create efficiencies with Production through Final Installations

    Keep Production Facility Organized, Clean and Orderly.

    Ensure Inventories are stocked.

    Encourage Employees to create an enhanced environment for top performance.

    Create Training programs

    Employee Evaluations

    Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting.

    Resolve escalated customer complaints.

    ​Qualifications:

    Previous experience in Custom Cabinetry, Customer Service, Shop Coordination Facilities and any other related areas

    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    Management Skills

    Must have Excellent written and communication skills

    5-10 years’ experience in Custom Cabinetry and Millworks

    Must have Strong leadership qualities
