We are NOW HIRING an experienced, driven Operations Manager – Restoration Services to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong operational instincts and supervisory experience in restoration, mitigation, and/or construction.

What We're Looking For
10+ years of progressive experience in the restoration industry
IICRC certifications preferred
Proven supervisory/management experience
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Strong delegation skills with the ability to maintain operational control
Skilled in conflict management and business negotiations
Deep industry knowledge and operational expertise
What This Role Entails
As the Operations Manager – Restoration Services, you will oversee all field production operations and ensure every job meets SERVPRO’s industry‑leading standards. Responsibilities include:
Managing all aspects of franchise production and keeping the Regional Operations Manager informed
Driving customer satisfaction and resolving escalated concerns
Overseeing full P&L responsibilities
Leading daily operations, scheduling, and resource allocation (staff, vehicles, equipment)
Reviewing and validating job estimates for accuracy and profitability
Ensuring complete and accurate job documentation
Stepping into roles such as estimator, production manager, or construction project manager when needed
Building and maintaining strong subcontractor and supplier relationships
Training teams on equipment, products, safety (OSHA), and customer service
Supporting hiring, coaching, and retention of production staff
Reviewing and approving estimates and job files
Ensuring the facility, fleet, inventory, and equipment are maintained and operating smoothly
