This role is about bringing clarity, consistency, and accountability to the team so we can deliver outstanding results for the clients. As our Operations Manager, you’ll be the one making sure the business runs like clockwork—overseeing workflows, supporting team members, and ensuring that everything behind the scenes is efficient, organized, and aligned with our goals. Compensation: • Base salary: $65,000–$75,000, based on experience • Bonus opportunities based on performance • Paid Time Off • Leadership growth and career development opportunities Responsibilities: Operational Leadership • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the real estate team to ensure everything runs smoothly • Create structure, organization, and consistency across all areas of the business • Support the team by handling operational details so agents can stay focused on clients and sales • Anticipate needs, solve problems, and keep projects moving forward without delays • Maintain accountability within the team by tracking progress and ensuring commitments are met Team & Business Support • Partner with leadership on business planning, performance tracking, and setting operational priorities • Coordinate team communication and ensure everyone has what they need to be successful • Support hiring, onboarding, and training to ensure new team members transition seamlessly • Keep systems and processes up to date, practical, and easy for the team to use Client Experience & Service Excellence • Ensure clients have a smooth, consistent, and positive experience from start to finish • Oversee the details of transactions and listings to make sure nothing falls through the cracks • Coordinate with marketing to deliver on brand promises and maintain client relationships post-close • Build processes that encourage client feedback, referrals, and repeat business Growth & Scalability • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and simplify operations • Develop a structure that supports growth in volume and team size without losing quality • Stay one step ahead by planning for future operational needs as the business expands Qualifications: • 3–5+ years of operations, service, or administrative experience ( real estate preferred ) • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Proven leadership skills with people and project management experience • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills • Passion for systems, structure, and operational excellence • Calm under pressure, driven by results, and meticulous in execution Who You Are • A strategic thinker and problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • A calm operator who brings order and structure everywhere you go • A natural implementer with a bias toward action and improvement • Energized by systematizing, scaling, and supporting expansion • Growth-minded, results-driven, and motivated by excellence Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000
