    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Operations to oversee the daily operations and revenue-driving activities within our staging and design company, with a focus on real estate. In this role, you will manage all aspects of the company's operations, staff, and growth initiatives. You will be instrumental in enhancing operational efficiency, cultivating new business opportunities, and driving revenue through effective sales strategies, while also supporting the vision and goals of the ownership team. The ideal candidate will be a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing and mentoring staff, and has a keen understanding of the real estate market. Responsibilities: Sales:Sales Development & Brand Growth: Boost sales through brand enhancement, content creation, and agency relationships. • Promotions & Business Strategy: Drive sales with strategic promotions, campaigns, and brand partnerships. • Track sales productivity via the database. • Support team skill development through training. • Negotiate contracts and collaborate on staging solutions. Employee Management: • Build team cohesion and a positive work environment. • Develop compensation plans and conduct annual reviews. • Enforce policies and manage employee decisions. Financial Management: • Manage P&L and ensure profitability. • Assist in creating and managing the annual budget. Business Development: • Lead strategic planning for market growth. • Oversee project management for staging/design. • Set business goals with ownership and implement systems. • Stay updated on real estate trends and improve cross-department efficiency. Oversee Operations Manager: • Optimize processes with the Operations Manager. • Review performance, KPIs, and weekly reports. Social Media & Content Management: • Develop and manage social media strategy, content creation, and engagement. • Ensure consistent brand messaging and track effectiveness. • Collaborate with marketing to create high-quality content. Leadership: • Align with ownership on business goals and challenges. • Step in for roles during absences and manage special projects. Qualifications: Preferred Skills: • 3+ years of operational expertise in a leadership or management role. • 3+ years of experience leading a sales team, with a proven track record of driving sales and revenue. • Experience managing and mentoring a team in a fast-paced environment. • Strong understanding of systems, processes, and operational improvement. • Experience in the real estate industry (staging, design, or property management) is highly preferred. • Strong project management skills, with a focus on achieving measurable results. • Detail-oriented with excellent writing and communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and design software is preferred. • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset. • High capacity to handle multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Proven ability to develop and manage social media content strategies with measurable results. Compensation: $93,000 - $104,500 yearly
