Strong communication skills are needed in order to be successful in this position. Candidates will be required to communicate information accurately via email, verbally, and through our CRM to help facilitate daily operations. In this role Candidates will be expected to manage direct reports who drive the day to day - this includes managing:
The Team - 60+ Drivers, Foreman, Helpers
The Fleet - 25+ Trucks - 12ft, 16ft, 24ft, 26ft Straight Trucks (diesel and gas)
Moving Projects - 10 to 20 daily projects/day
Candidates must :
Be passionate about solving problems - for our clients, the organization, your teammates, yourself
Be willing to work weekends. That is our busiest time of service. Peak season = March to October
Be willing to work a mix of opening shifts (7am-4pm) and closing shifts (10:45am - 7pm)
Represent our organization in a positive and professional manner
Learn our CRM and KPI expectations to drive operational excellence.
Provide leadership and guidance on day-to-day decision making for individual crews running projects. This could include on-site support.
Additional expectations:
Work with all personnel to satisfy clients and achieve company goals
Maintain a complete understanding of all of 6th Man Mover’s products, services, pricing, and promotions
Enter data accurately in our CRM and be responsible for a specific set of KPIs
Communicate with customers who have any concerns regarding the service we are providing on the day of, or after completion of their move
Handle damage claim and buyer’s remorse communications
Promote a positive operational TEAM aspect at our business, while acting in a professional manner
