The Mission • As our Director of Operations, you will take ownership of everything that happens behind the scenes and make it world-class. • You see inefficiencies before others feel them. • You love clarity, structure, documentation, and accountability. • You build systems that scale. • You finish what you start. • You don’t want to be “support.” • You want to lead operations. Compensation • Base Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 • Bonus potential • Paid time off Responsibilities: Build & Optimize Systems • Design, implement, and manage systems for buyers, sellers, and transactions • Oversee contracts from executed agreement to closing • Create and maintain a detailed Operations Manual • Ensure marketing coordination and execution stay seamless • Own database integrity, lead tracking, and back-office systems • Track weekly goals, metrics, and performance dashboards Financial & Business Operations • Manage books, bill pay, payroll coordination, and commission collection • Support budgeting and financial reporting • Identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies • Improve profitability through smarter processes Lead People & Execution • Supervise and support administrative, marketing, and virtual team members • Build onboarding systems for staff and agents • Coordinate trainings, travel, and vendor relationships • Protect and elevate company culture Be the Operational Gatekeeper • Act as the key partner to the owner • Communicate clearly and proactively • Maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and vendors • Ensure consistency at every operational touchpoint Qualifications: • Exceptionally service-oriented with a high standard of excellence • Strong leadership, accountability, and consensus-building skills • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities • Advanced organizational and project management skills • Learning-based and resourceful; independently seeks solutions • Detail-oriented, accurate, and process-driven • Calm, confident, and composed under pressure • Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment • Proven ability to execute, improve systems, and drive results • Motivated to grow into increased responsibility, impact, and compensation • Prior administrative, operations, or leadership experience in an office or business setting • Real estate experience strongly preferred • Real estate license a plus, but not required Compensation: $65,000 – $75,000
