Title: Operations Manager
Salary: Up to $115,000 in base salary DOE + 15% Bonus + Benefits
Location: Victorville, CA

Role Overview:
As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and long-term strategic oversight of our portfolio of retail properties. You will leverage your experience with large-scale real estate to ensure operational excellence, manage large-scale projects, and work closely with our development and construction teams.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 6+ years of experience in an operations management role
• 3+ years of experience overseeing large commercial real estate properties (malls, shopping centers, retail centers, etc.)
• Demonstrated knowledge of and exposure to real estate development, including construction projects and buildouts.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
