We're looking for a high-performing Operations Manager who’s eager to bring structure, strategy, and leadership to a growing team at the forefront of real estate sales, development, and property management. As our Operations Manager, you’ll serve as the right hand to the Team Lead—overseeing day-to-day operations, streamlining systems, and driving performance across three key areas: real estate sales, development/remodeling, and residential rentals. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends strategic thinking with tactical execution. You’ll also play a key role in hiring, training, and managing new team members as the business scales. We’re seeking someone who thrives on structure, has a self-starter mindset, and is deeply committed to operational excellence and top-tier customer service. Compensation & Benefits • Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 • Bonus & Profit Share Potential • Health Insurance • 401(k) Allowance Responsibilities: Real Estate Sales • Cross-train with the Office Manager to fully understand internal processes • Collaborate with the Team Lead to refine and manage the marketing strategy • Develop a client-centered system to support homebuyers in selecting properties • Partner with the listing agent to standardize home-preparation processes for listings Real Estate Development & Remodeling • Implement systems for acquiring pre-foreclosure properties using the Collective Genius model • Learn and support construction management, including cost estimation, procurement, and project coordination Residential Rentals • Optimize Rentec software to streamline tenant communications and repair requests • Oversee repair coordination, routine maintenance, and property upkeep • Lead tenant engagement initiatives with the goal of converting 15% of renters to buyers annually Operations Management • Build, implement, and refine systems and processes to improve team productivity and performance • Support recruiting, onboarding, and training as the team expands Qualifications: • Proven experience in operations or project management, ideally within real estate, construction, or property management • Strong understanding of residential sales, real estate development, or rental operations • Ability to design and implement efficient systems and processes across multiple departments • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills; able to manage listings, construction timelines, and tenant needs simultaneously • Confident working alongside executive leadership, including the CEO, with a collaborative yet assertive communication style • Skilled in financial oversight; comfortable managing budgets, tracking expenses, and contributing to profit goals • Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems, property management software (like Rentec), and productivity tools • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with tenants, vendors, team members, and clients • Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving abilities and a high level of personal accountability • Learning-based and service-oriented, with a desire to grow professionally and support the growth of others • Proactive, resourceful, and consistently looking for ways to improve operations before issues arise • Comfortable overseeing cross-functional responsibilities, from buyer support to vendor coordination • Growth-minded with a strong follow-through ethic—ensures meetings lead to actions and actions lead to results Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000
