We’re looking for a systems-driven, very tech-savvy, strategic thinker to join our real estate team in The Woodlands as an Operations & Systems Manager. You'll work closely with business owners to streamline internal processes, enhance efficiency, and implement tools that enable the team to continue growing and operating at a high level. From refining transaction systems and coordinating projects to enhancing digital workflows and optimizing communication, this role impacts every aspect of our business operations. As the team evolves, this person will help ensure that systems are scalable, deadlines are met, and nothing falls through the cracks. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with ownership to identify and improve operational processes across the team • Build, document, and maintain systems for efficiency, scalability, and consistency • Support smooth execution of transaction workflows by refining tools, templates, and timelines • Ensure marketing and communication processes are aligned with team goals and branding • Assist in organizing and tracking internal projects, deadlines, and deliverables • Create and maintain digital checklists, SOPs, and systems to reduce manual work and errors • Help manage task coordination and communication between team members and vendors • Support hiring, onboarding, and training of future team members as the team grows • Contribute to performance tracking and KPI reporting for ongoing improvement • Conduct regular reviews of systems and workflows to identify opportunities for automation • Coordinate meeting agendas, follow-ups, and team accountability tools • Stay up to date on tools, platforms, and industry best practices to keep the team competitive • Partner with ownership on special projects tied to growth, expansion, and profitability Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in operations, business administration, office management, or project coordination • Learning based and proactive in self-education • Strong organizational skills with a natural drive for improving processes and creating structure • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new platforms and tools (bonus if familiar with CRM or transaction systems) • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail • Experience creating and documenting systems, SOPs, or playbooks is a plus • Excellent communication and collaboration skills — both written and verbal • Ability to analyze business results and take necessary action to continuously improve • Self-starter with the ability to work independently while aligning with team goals • Calm under pressure, adaptable to change, and solutions-oriented • Real estate, mortgage, title, or professional services industry experience is helpful, but not required • Bonus: Familiarity with tools like MLS, Dotloop, Brivity, KW Command • Must complete DISC to be seriously considered Compensation: $60,000 - $100,000 yearly
