    The Perry Group is one of the fastest-growing and most dynamic real estate teams in Utah. We're looking for an Operations Manager to help manage our growing team.

    General office hours are 9am to 4pm Monday through Friday. This is an in-person role due to the scope of the role.

    What You’ll Do

    Office Operations (All Locations)

    Serve as the operational point of contact across multiple offices (Sugarhouse, Daybreak, Pleasant Grove, Davis, St. George, and future markets). This may include, but isn’t limited to, day to day operations questions, agent onboarding, lead assignment, verifying Perry Group policies, transaction related questions, scheduling, training opportunities, etc.

    Events, Culture & Recognition

    Plan and support company-wide events, team-building activities, client appreciation events and networking events.

    Assist in executing major organization-wide events such as Bees Night, Pie Night, Awards Ceremonies, President’s Club, Vision meetings, and community service events.

    Oversee recognition programs including:

    New agent welcome gifts

    Agent birthdays, anniversaries, wins, milestones

    Staff cards and appreciation gifts

    Maintain inventory of gifts, packaging, swag, and recognition supplies, as well as other marketing materials.

    Track, order, and manage spending for marketing materials as well as recognition/celebratory supplies

    Agent Recruitment, Onboarding & Support

    Support the agent recruitment pipeline: conduct screening calls, schedule interviews, and track candidate progression.

    Ensure smooth onboarding for new agents across all offices including conducting onboarding classes, overseeing license transfers, systems setup (in collaboration with tech dept), and setting up training schedules.

    Provide in-person and virtual support for onboarding questions, CRM setup, and process guidance.

    Track new agent milestones (mentorship completion, big wins).

    Marketing & Inventory Management

    Oversee open house sign inventory across all locations and ensure timely check-outs and returns.

    Maintain inventory of marketing materials, signage, swag, and promotional items.

    Collaborate with the Creative Director on office-specific marketing needs, content, and orders.

    Support logistics for headshot days, and collaborate with the marketing department for new agents in need of marketing collateral.

    Ensure all office and marketing visuals adhere to TPG brand standards in collaboration with Marketing,

    Administrative

    Maintain the company-wide calendar of trainings, events, and meetings.

    Monitor Google Business calls and online inquiries.

    Track action items from meetings and ensure timely follow-up.

    Cross-Office Support & Leadership Collaboration

    Help maintain & develop scalable systems and SOPs across all TPG offices.

    Participate in leadership meetings, operations syncs, and planning sessions.

    Provide in-person support for various offices based on weekly needs.

    Travel for events, conferences and organizational initiatives.

    Qualifications

    Required

    Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities

    Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

    Ability to work in a high-growth environment

    Reliable in-person presence across multiple offices (Pleasant Grove, Sugarhouse, Farmington, Southvalley)

    Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between office locations

    Professional, positive, and team-oriented demeanor

    Preferred

    Real estate operations experience

    Agent recruitment experience

    Leadership experience

    CRM / task management software experience

    Experience supporting events, office operations, or cross-team coordination

    Prior experience in real estate, property management, or a related field

    Compensation & Benefits

    Salary: $50,000–$60,000 DOE

    401(k) with 4% company match

    15 days PTO, 5 days sick. All federal holidays off.
