    Operations Manager--Real Estate Team in Louisville, KY We are a thriving and growing real estate team dedicated to providing exceptional client experiences, streamlined systems, and top-level support for our agents and clients. We are seeking a full-time Operations Manager to oversee the administrative, operational, and organizational functions that keep our business running smoothly and growing successfully. The Operations Manager is the backbone of our team—responsible for implementing and continually improving systems, procedures, and policies to support business growth. This individual will manage projects, coordinate transactions, oversee client services and events, and provide leadership in recruitment, training, and team development. Salary is dependent on experience and qualifications Responsibilities: • Transaction Coordination : Manage all aspects of real estate transactions from contract to close, ensuring deadlines are met and compliance is maintained. • Systems & Procedures: Develop, refine, and implement operational systems, checklists, and workflows to maximize efficiency. • Database Management : Maintain and optimize client and lead databases to ensure accurate, organized, and actionable information. • Recruitment & Training: Assist with sourcing, onboarding, and training new team members to support growth and maintain team culture. • Client & Vendor Interaction: Serve as a point of contact for clients and service providers, ensuring professional and timely communication. • Marketing Support : Assist with basic marketing efforts, including MLS entry, listing management, and social/digital campaigns. • Technology & Tools: Utilize multiple MLS systems, Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive), Zoom, Trello, and real estate-specific database/CRM systems. • Event Coordination : Plan, organize, and execute client appreciation events, seminars, and team events. • Project Management : Initiate, manage, and deliver business and marketing projects to support team growth and client satisfaction. Qualifications: • Preferred : Previous real estate team or brokerage experience. • Bonus : Kentucky Real Estate License. • Proven experience in operations, project management, or administrative management. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an eye for detail. • Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new platforms and tools. Compensation: $22 hourly
