Compensation • Salary: $52,000 - $62,000 • Opportunities for bonuses • Stipends available • PTO Responsibilities: • Partner in execution of owner's priorities, projects, and key initiatives • Build and refine systems, workflows, and internal processes • Oversee contract-to-close flow with accuracy and timeliness • Keep team members aligned, informed, and accountable • Track key metrics and support leadership with performance visibility • Maintain operational organization across tools, platforms, and communication • Identify inefficiencies and implement smarter, more scalable solutions Qualifications: • 2+ years relevant experience • Organized, proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented • Comfortable navigating changing environments while managing responsibilities • Clear communicator who can hold standards and drive accountability • Tech-inclined and quick to learn systems • Professional, reliable, and committed to excellence • Willing to obtain a real estate license Compensation: $52,000 - $62,000
