    The Director of Operations serves as the Integrator to the Owner’s Visionary — ensuring strategy turns into seamless execution across all departments. This leader will oversee daily operations, manage key systems and processes, support agent performance, and drive accountability within the organization. Our ideal candidate is an experienced operations leader who thrives on structure, process, and team development — someone who can turn ideas into action while freeing leadership to focus on growth. Real estate experience is helpful but not required; operational excellence, leadership, and business acumen are critical. Responsibilities: • Lead and manage brokerage operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and profitability. • Translate the company vision into actionable business plans and ensure timely execution. • Oversee systems and workflows across transaction coordination, agent onboarding, compliance, marketing, and financial tracking. • Manage office staff, vendors, and cross-department coordination to support agent success. • Develop and implement KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to measure performance and guide decisions. • Maintain accountability across the organization by facilitating communication, meetings, and operational rhythm. • Help build a strong culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. • Partner with the Owner to set strategic priorities and execute special projects or growth initiatives. Qualifications: • 5+ years of operational management or business leadership experience (real estate background not required). • Proven success managing teams, systems, and performance metrics in a fast-paced business. • Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Comfortable with technology, CRMs, and productivity platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Monday.com, Follow Up Boss). • Balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. Compensation: $70,500
