Voyager Access, Inc. is a growing access control and technology company serving hospitality and commercial clients across the U.S. We’re hiring an Operations Manager who wants real ownership of execution, people, and results.
This is a hands-on role. You will personally manage projects, handle customer escalations, and lead the operations team. This is not an oversight-only or purely strategic position.

What You’ll Own
End-to-end execution from sales handoff through project completion, service, and financial closeout
Direct project management on large or complex access control projects
Final escalation ownership for customer and internal issues
People leadership: setting expectations, checking work, and holding team members accountable
Financial discipline: billing accuracy, WIP oversight, margin protection, and timely closeout
Improving systems, processes, and team structure to support growth
Minimum Requirements (Please Read)
Access control, electronic security, low-voltage, or closely related industry experience
Hands-on project management experience (personally ran projects, not oversight-only)
People management experience with direct reports
Comfort managing project financials (billing, margins, closeout)
Comfortable enforcing standards and addressing issues directly

Location & Work Environment
Remote role based in the Midwest, Mid-Atlantic, or Northeast U.S.
Travel approximately 2–3 times per quarter
