    We’re looking for a Operations Manager who can lead office operations, support HR functions, and help drive revenue growth.

    This is not an assistant role — this is a leadership role.

    What You’ll Own

    Team Leadership

    Recruit, train, and coach office and sales staff

    Set performance goals and hold the team accountable

    Conduct reviews and build a high-performance culture

    Sales & Growth

    Drive recurring revenue and corporate accounts

    Track KPIs and improve conversion rates

    Align marketing and sales efforts

    Operations & Customer Experience

    Ensure smooth execution between sales and operations

    Resolve escalated client issues professionally

    Improve systems, workflows, and retention

    HR Support

    Support hiring, onboarding, and performance tracking

    Handle employee matters with professionalism and discretion

    Escalate complex HR matters to senior leadership

    Who You Are

    Experienced office or operations leader with team management background

    Strong communicator and decisive problem solver

    Organized, tech-savy, and KPI-driven

    Experience in a service-based business preferred
