    Operations & Marketing Coordinator (Executive Assistant to the Broker) Brick + Parcel Real Estate Group is growing — and we are looking for an Operations & Marketing Coordinator (Executive Assistant to the Broker) who wants to grow with us! This is not just an administrative job. This is a leadership-level operations role at the heart of a fast-moving, relationship-driven real estate business. You will work directly alongside the Broker/Owner and play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience while building systems that help the business scale. Responsibilities: • Oversee daily operations of Brick + Parcel Real Estate Group to ensure smooth, efficient workflows and exceptional client service. • Manage listing and transaction logistics , including MLS input, contract preparation, showing coordination, seller updates, and marketing launch execution. • Lead client experience initiatives , including client appreciation events, milestone follow-ups, closing gifts, and ongoing database engagement. • Coordinate marketing and branding efforts , including listing materials, social media, farming mailers, seminars, and brokerage events. • Develop, implement, and refine systems and SOPs to improve efficiency, organization, and scalability. • Provide administrative and property management support , including email and phone management, lease coordination, maintenance requests, and vendor coordination. Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in operations, real estate administration, or a high-level coordination role (real estate industry experience strongly preferred). • Proven ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. • Strong organizational and systems mindset with experience creating, documenting, and improving processes (SOPs). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and agents. • High level of ownership, initiative, and accountability — able to work independently and proactively solve problems. • Proficiency with CRM systems, marketing platforms, contract management tools, and general business technology (Follow Up Boss, MLS systems, Canva, Google Workspace, etc). Compensation: $20 - $22 hourly

    • Oversee daily operations of Brick + Parcel Real Estate Group to ensure smooth, efficient workflows and exceptional client service. • Manage listing and transaction logistics, including MLS input, contract preparation, showing coordination, seller updates, and marketing launch execution. • Lead client experience initiatives, including client appreciation events, milestone follow-ups, closing gifts, and ongoing database engagement. • Coordinate marketing and branding efforts, including listing materials, social media, farming mailers, seminars, and brokerage events. • Develop, implement, and refine systems and SOPs to improve efficiency, organization, and scalability. • Provide administrative and property management support, including email and phone management, lease coordination, maintenance requests, and vendor coordination. • Oversee and coordinate part-time support staff, including task delegation, quality control, and ensuring the successful completion of assigned projects.
