We are a growing real estate team looking for an in-office Operations & Marketing Coordinator to help support our daily execution.
This role includes:
- Monitoring and organizing Follow Up Boss(Our CRM Sysytem)
- Supporting agents with systems and admin tasks
- Helping manage lead flow, tasks, and pipeline organization
- Assisting with lead magnets, landing pages, email campaigns, and marketing projects
- Coordinating with outside marketing support and helping keep projects moving
- Creating order, follow-through, and accountability in the day-to-day business

Real estate, CRM, Canva, and marketing coordination experience are a plus.
