    We are a growing real estate team looking for an in-office Operations & Marketing Coordinator to help support our daily execution.

    This role includes:

    • Monitoring and organizing Follow Up Boss(Our CRM Sysytem)
    • Supporting agents with systems and admin tasks
    • Helping manage lead flow, tasks, and pipeline organization
    • Assisting with lead magnets, landing pages, email campaigns, and marketing projects
    • Coordinating with outside marketing support and helping keep projects moving
    • Creating order, follow-through, and accountability in the day-to-day business

    We are looking for someone who is:

    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

    Real estate, CRM, Canva, and marketing coordination experience are a plus.
