Responsibilities: • Lead and manage daily operations to ensure our legal team functions at its best, supporting attorneys in delivering top-notch client service. • Streamline and optimize office processes, ensuring resources are used efficiently and effectively to support our mission. • Drive initiatives that align with our goals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. • Oversee the implementation of new systems and technologies, enhancing productivity and client satisfaction. • Cultivate a supportive and inclusive work environment where team members feel valued and empowered to contribute. • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and operational harmony. • Monitor and analyze operational metrics, using insights to make informed decisions and drive improvements in service delivery. Qualifications: • Experience in managing daily operations within a legal or professional services environment. • Ability to streamline and optimize office processes for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness. • Proven track record of leading initiatives that foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. • Experience in overseeing the implementation of new systems and technologies to boost productivity. • Strong coordination skills to ensure seamless communication and operational harmony across departments. • 3+ years of experience in operations or office management (legal or professional services preferred). • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software (e.g., Lead Docket, File Vine, etc.). • Professional, detail-oriented, and client-service-driven. Compensation: $80,000
