    This role will be responsible for

    • Directing daily operational activities to maximize efficiency and support growth and profitability
    • Providing leadership and oversight to Deposit Operations and IT functions
    • Serving as the primary liaison with the core software provider
    • Ensuring the bank’s IT network operates securely, efficiently, and within budget
    • Coordinating with information security and business continuity leaders to meet or exceed regulatory standards
    • Reviewing, developing, and implementing operational policies, procedures, and programs
    • Identifying process gaps and implementing organizational improvements
    • Ensuring cross-training within the Operations team for consistency and continuity

    A qualified candidate will possess the following

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
    • Minimum of five years of related operational or banking experience
    • Strong understanding of deposit operations, technology, and process management
    • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple demands under pressure
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
    • High level of accuracy, efficiency, and personal accountability
    • Ability to successfully pass a background check
