This role will be responsible for
- Directing daily operational activities to maximize efficiency and support growth and profitability
- Providing leadership and oversight to Deposit Operations and IT functions
- Serving as the primary liaison with the core software provider
- Ensuring the bank’s IT network operates securely, efficiently, and within budget
- Coordinating with information security and business continuity leaders to meet or exceed regulatory standards
- Reviewing, developing, and implementing operational policies, procedures, and programs
- Identifying process gaps and implementing organizational improvements
- Ensuring cross-training within the Operations team for consistency and continuity

A qualified candidate will possess the following
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of five years of related operational or banking experience
- Strong understanding of deposit operations, technology, and process management
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple demands under pressure
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- High level of accuracy, efficiency, and personal accountability
- Ability to successfully pass a background check
