Operations Project Manager – Private Equity-Backed Growth Company

Location: Central/Eastern Massachusetts (Hybrid, 1–2 days/week in office)
Reports to: Chief Transformation Officer

As their recruiting partner, we are seeking an Operations Project Manager eager to take on a highly visible role that will directly shape the company’s trajectory. Role Highlights

• Lead and execute operational project plans across the platform
• Partner with functional leaders to drive integration, IT, and safety initiatives

Ideal Profile

• 3–5 years of operations experience, including 2–3 years in project management
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects
• Strong organizational and relationship-building skills; high emotional intelligence
• Hands-on, team-oriented approach - comfortable rolling up your sleeves
• Background in IT or acquisition integration a plus
