As our Project Manager, you’ll be the engine that keeps our operations team running efficiently. You’ll document, simplify, and enforce systems that ensure accountability and clarity across our dental office. Acting as a “utility player,” you will remove obstacles for leadership and serve as the guardian of our internal processes. Compensation & Benefits • Salary Range: $95,000 - $110,000 • Health options, top-tier dental benefits • Paid time off and holidays Responsibilities: • Streamline and Simplify Processes: Document, organize, and implement internal workflows to make complex processes clear, efficient, and easy for the team to follow. • Audit and Train Systems: Monitor operations to ensure tasks are completed correctly and on time, maintaining consistency across the office. • Enable Leadership Success: Act as a “force multiplier” by identifying bottlenecks, removing obstacles, and supporting leaders to focus on high-impact priorities. • Train and Coach Team Members: Guide staff on processes, accountability, and best practices, creating a culture of clarity and ownership. • Optimize Internal Tools: Manage and maintain systems such as Notion, CRMs, or other platforms, finding ways to improve efficiency and communication. • Coordinate Office Operations: Organize internal events, meetings, task tracking, and cross-team projects to keep the office aligned and productive. • Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance processes, workflows, and systems, turning operational challenges into scalable solutions. Qualifications: • Proven experience in operations, systems management, project coordination, or similar roles. • Exceptional ability to simplify and document complex processes for a wide range of audiences. • Strong social and communication skills; comfortable training and holding team members accountable. • Driven to help others be successful in their role. • Highly conscientious, low ego, and adaptable, able to step into roles temporarily when needed. • Experience with tools like Notion, CRMs, or workflow management systems preferred. • Preferred background in EOS, though not a requirement.
