Yrefy is looking for a motivated, high volume Recruiter with 2+ years of call center and sales recruitment experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding — and helping us build a high-performing and growing team on our operations side. You'll work closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to develop effective hiring strategies that align with our company goals and hire an amazing team.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and tracking candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to schedule a high volume of interviews, understand team needs, and align recruiting strategies.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and creative sourcing techniques.
Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring teams and management.
Greet candidates for in-person interviews and provide an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Maintain an up-to-date applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with internal processes.
Support employer branding initiatives and help drive engagement on social platforms and at occasional recruitment events.
2+ years of experience in recruiting in high volume. Experience in call center or sales recruitment preferred.
Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
Experience working with ATS platforms.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding and alignment with our network and endorsers.
