Key Responsibilities
* Support the coordination and execution of shipments from pickup through delivery
* Monitor load progress and communicate updates, delays, or issues as needed
* Assist in resolving service issues quickly and professionally
* Enter and update load details in internal systems (including Transport Pro)
* Maintain accuracy across customer portals and tracking tools
* Ensure all shipment documentation is complete and organized
* Communicate with carriers, drivers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
* Partner with Carrier Sales and Account Management to support customer needs
* Provide timely, clear updates to all stakeholders
* Learn how to bid on spot freight and understand market pricing
* Assist in sourcing and vetting carriers to cover loads
* Gain exposure to rate negotiation and carrier relationship management
* Develop knowledge of freight lanes, capacity, and market trends
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Google Suite and
Strong work ethic, dependability, and team-oriented mindset
