    PRIMARY FUNCTION The Operations & Resource Development Manager supports the overall efficiency and sustainability of the organization by overseeing administrative operations and leading resource development efforts. This role ensures smooth day-to-day office functions while driving fundraising initiatives, donor engagement, and event execution to support the Club’s mission.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Operations & Administration • Manage daily office operations, systems, and administrative processes. • Maintain Member Tracking System and donor database. • Oversee internal and external communications (email, website updates, newsletters) • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.

    • Support financial processes including program fee tracking and basic reporting. • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

    Resource Development (Fundraising) • Support and help execute the Club’s annual fundraising plan with CEO • Identify, track, and cultivate donors, sponsors, and community partners with CEO • Manage donor communications including thank you letters, campaigns, and impact updates. • Maintain fundraising calendar and ensure timely follow-up with CEO

    Special Events • Lead coordination and execution of fundraising events (e.g., B|G|C OPEN Golf Tournament & Crafting Bright Futures). • Manage givebutter fundraising platform. • Secure sponsorships, auction items, and donations with CEO. • Manage event logistics, promotions, and timelines with CEO. • Collaborate with CEO and Board on event strategy and revenue goals. • Event-Based Incentives o Incentives tied to the successful execution and performance of key fundraising events: B|G|C Open Golf Tournament

    Revenue goals will be established annually by the Executive Director and Board of Directors.

    Marketing & Communications • Manage social media (Facebook, etc.) and community outreach. • Create flyers, marketing materials, and event promotions. • Share Club impact stories, program highlights, and youth successes. • Support public relations efforts with local media.

    Partnership & Community Engagement • Build and maintain relationships with families, schools, businesses, and community partners. • Represent the Club at community events and meetings as needed.

    Health & Safety • Ensure a healthy & safe environment for that fosters a good work environment. • Help ensure a productive work environment. • Provide guidance and be a positive role model for youth members.

    SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 3+ years in office administration, nonprofit operations, or similar role • Experience or strong interest in fundraising and event planning • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and social media platforms • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
