    Schedule: Monday through Friday, 08:00 am to 05:00 pm

    Pay: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour to start depending on experience.

    Administrative Assistant/Operations Specialist

    Our Administrative Services Department (ASD) in Montgomery is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant/Operations Specialist for a full-time position. ASD is part of the Operations team, helping to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

     

    Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant/Operations Specialist:

    • Interacting with others within the firm as well as external clients.
    • Process and assemble financial statements and tax returns, including proofing for procedural accuracy
    • Handling various administrative tasks, to include helping at times with mail distribution, daily bank deposits, and back-up for front desk/receptionist.

    Requirements of the Administrative Assistant/Operations Specialist:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Excellent proofreading skills for grammatical, numerical, and formatting accuracy
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, Adobe, and paperless systems (very strong skills and experience in Excel and Word preferred) -You will need to complete testing
    • Experience in a professional services environment preferred (such as public accounting firm, law firm, engineering firm, or bank)
    • College degree preferred
