    Job Type: Contract (Temp-to-Perm Potential)

    Contract Duration: April 9, 2026 – October 5, 2026
    6 months with potential extension or full-time conversion

    Pay Information: Pay Rate: $24.00/hr
    Hours Per Week: 40 hours (35 working hours after lunch breaks)
    Exemption Status: Non-Exempt
    Pay Type: Hourly

    Travel: No weekly paid travel required.

    Job Summary

    The Operations Specialist – Corporate Actions Income is responsible for the global processing, balancing, and reconciliation of custody positions related to dividend and interest payments. This role supports the company's custody operations by ensuring accurate payment processing, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining high client service standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Collect global client dividend and interest income payments

    • Verify payment information by validating local market payment advice against client receivables

    • Process instruction receipt, authentication, and verification under dual control procedures

    • Investigate and resolve client entitlement issues

    • Determine whether to repair internally or contact sub-custodians/depositories

    • Escalate complex issues to management when necessary

    • Generate custody and operations reports supporting daily, weekly, and monthly reporting

    • Identify and resolve payment discrepancies accurately and efficiently

    • Monitor trends in payment repairs across events, sub-custodians, and markets

    • Support process improvement initiatives and increase Straight Through Processing (STP)

    • Maintain knowledge of division goals and operational objectives

    • Communicate professionally with internal teams and external partners

    • Assist with activities supporting Client Service Standards

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent work experience

    • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

    • Ability to identify, escalate, and resolve issues

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Strong organizational and time-management skills

    • Detail oriented with ability to multi-task

    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

    • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and internet tools
